I never train my abs. I do a lot of martial arts and gymnastics and there is no way you cannot train your abs that way so I don't bother in the gym. I also did virtually no cardio for Undisputed 2. I just wanted to be big so all I did was weight train and eat the right food, but a lot of it. I don't seem to have much trouble putting on muscle.
It took me 3 months to get to that size for Undisputed 2 but I was pretty big before then anyway. I actually weigh less than I have for a while now. There is no secret to it my friend, you just need to eat well and train smart. I do think I have good genetics for muscle gain but I belive anyone can do it. I have a friend who is very slim, he was trying to convince me that he couldn't put muscle on and that he was a different type of build to me. He plays the guitar and when I pointed out how much bigger his forearms were to the rest of him from playing he saw that I was making sense. It's just about getting to the gym and getting it done. Hard work is all it is.
My training consists of Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Weight Training and Running. I always do them all but I will adjust the amount of time I spend on each. This is because I get bored of weights so I concerntrate on martial arts or I get bored of running and concerntrate on Gymnastics. If I have a film coming up and it requires that I be more skilled in one specific area then I will concentrate on that like I did with boxing and Ju Jitsu for Undisputed. There's no secret to it really, just train as much as you can and you will get results. Enjoying it is the important thing.
For Chest i do something to shock the muscle, once every month i have a day where i will do as many push ups as i can every hour.
