Hi scott you are my idol i have learned the spin kicks from the movie undisputed 2 and i have trained shotokan karate and boxing and litle kickboxing but nowdays i just train in the gym and i want to ask you how you train so you get so fast kicks and boxs when i train in the gym i get slower of training just with weights. what do you eat after training ? you said eat and train smart can you plz tell me what you eat ? |

Scott, I just heard about you, saw your showreel and am flabberghasted.
I still can't understand how you can be British, a good actor and pull off all that crazy fighting!
I just ordered Undisputed 2 and can't wait. Gonna get some popcorn in :)
